Terms
- A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
- £250.00 security deposit (payable with balance and reimbursed 30 days after last day of rental).
- Prices are per week, inclusive of gas, electricity, bed linen and towels for up to eight people.
- Changeover day is Saturday.
- Arrival after 2pm, departure by 10am, or by prior agreement.
- A cot is available on request (please bring your own cot bedding).
- Pool maintenance is carried out twice per week.
- The managing agent is within 5 minutes should you have any problems.
Long Lets
- A discount of 10% for lets of three weeks or more (excluding June, July and August).
